"The emergence of new thoughts can transform our outlook and destiny"
- Alfred Adler
Navigating challenges is a fundamental part of the human experience. Therapy can help us explore how we relate to the world, deepening self-awareness and opening the door to lasting, positive change.
I am a fully qualified, BACP registered therapist and counsellor. I work in an integrative-relational way and I approach my clients with an empathetic and warm attitude, offering a reflective space where you can find safety and acceptance.
Here, all of your feelings, thoughts and experiences are welcome, and you will be able to explore what troubles you.
We might seek to understand the relationship between past and present, your wishes, losses, hopes, and fears. In this way, we can work towards a happier, healthier way of being with yourself and others in the world.
Welcome to new thoughts.

Open-ended therapy is a long-term process for those seeking deeper self-understanding. It allows time and space to move beyond the surface. It is also recommended for more complex, longstanding issues.
Time-limited therapy takes place within a defined time frame, usually 6 to 12 sessions. It focuses on addressing specific concerns using a solution-focused approach. Together, we work within the agreed number of sessions towards a goal.

Face-to-Face therapy
My consulting rooms are in two locations: Streatham Hill (SW2) and Battersea (SW11).

Online therapy
Online therapy allows clients to access sessions through video calls via Psychology Today platform.

Walk-and-talk therapy
Outdoor sessions, held in Tooting Bec Common (SW12), offer a natural and open therapeutic environment.
