Navigating challenges is a fundamental part of the human experience. Therapy can help us explore how we relate to the world, deepening self-awareness and opening the door to lasting, positive change.

I am a fully qualified, BACP registered therapist and counsellor. I work in an integrative-relational way and I approach my clients with an empathetic and warm attitude, offering a reflective space where you can find safety and acceptance.

Here, all of your feelings, thoughts and experiences are welcome, and you will be able to explore what troubles you.

And, together, we will work towards your goals.

We might seek to understand the relationship between past and present, your wishes, losses, hopes, and fears. In this way, we can work towards a happier, healthier way of being with yourself and others in the world.

Types of therapy I offer:

Long-term and short-term therapy

Long-term therapy focuses on deep, lasting change by exploring underlying issues over an extended period. Short-term therapy, which takes place in a limited time frame (6 -12 sessions), seeks to address specific concerns with a solution-focused approach.

Face-to-Face therapy

My consulting rooms are in two locations: Streatham Hill (SW2) and Battersea / Clapham Junction (SW11).

Online therapy

Online therapy allows clients to access regular professional counselling through video calls via Psychology Today platform.

Walk and talk therapy

It takes place in Tooting Bec Common (SW12). Outdoor sessions promote a natural, open therapeutic environment.
