About Me
I started my journey in counselling and therapy many years ago, and my passion for the practice continues to thrive.
In addition to my private practice, I work in a number of agencies and counselling settings. Through these experiences, I help clients across different age groups, from a variety of backgrounds, and with a wide range of presenting concerns.
I have lived and worked in other countries in Europe and Latin America, which has enriched my social perspective. In my encounters with others, I remain curious, open and culturally sensitive.
I speak English, Polish and Spanish.
My Qualifications
- BA (Hons) in Integrative Relational Counselling (Middlesex University), First Class Honours

I am dedicated to ongoing professional growth and I have undertaken various courses to expand my knowledge and skills in different aspects of counselling. For instance, I have recently obtained additional certification in trauma, addiction and bereavement. I also have a qualification in online counselling.
