About Me

I started my journey in counselling and therapy many years ago, and my passion for the practice continues to thrive.

Alongside my private practice, I have gained valuable experience in a range of agencies and counselling settings, including roles in both the private and public sectors. I have worked with a charity supporting carers, within the homeless sector, and with clients experiencing mental health diagnoses through the NHS. In these roles, I assisted individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups.

I have lived and worked in several countries across Europe and Latin America, which has enriched my social perspective and fostered a deep sense of curiosity and openness in my therapeutic practice.

I speak English, Polish and Spanish fluently.

My Qualification

I am dedicated to ongoing professional growth and I have undertaken various courses to enhance my knowledge and skills in different areas of counselling. For instance, I have recently obtained additional certification in complex trauma, attachment theory in clinical practice, addiction, and bereavement. I also hold qualifications in online counselling and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Professional Membership

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am guided by its ethical principles, values, and good practice standards.
