The emergence of new thoughts can transform our outlook and destiny

About Me

A confidential space for you to talk about your experiences can be the first step towards making a positive change in your life.

I am a fully qualified, BACP registered therapist and counsellor. I work in an integrative-relational way, and I can conduct sessions in English, Polish and Spanish. I approach my clients with an empathetic and warm attitude, offering a reflective environment where you can find safety and acceptance.

Here, all of your feelings are welcome, and you will be able to explore and process difficult issues.

And, together, we will work towards your goals; we will seek to understand the relationship between past and present, your wishes, losses, hopes, and fears. In this way, we will work towards a happier, healthier way of being with yourself and others in the world.

Types of therapy I offer:

I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapies to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Together, we can explore the best approach to meet your goals and foster lasting change.

Long-term and short-term therapy

Long-term therapy focuses on deep, lasting change by exploring underlying issues over an extended period. Short-term therapy, which takes place in a limited time frame (8-16 sessions), seeks to address specific concerns with a solution-focused approach.

Walk and talk therapy

also called eco-therapy, this involves having sessions outdoors which promotes a natural, open therapeutic environment.
I see clients for walk and talk therapy in
Tooting Bec Common.

Online therapy

Online therapy allows clients to access regular professional counselling through video calls via Zoom.

Face-to-Face therapy

My consulting rooms are in two locations: Streatham Hill and Battersea / Clapham Junction.

We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.
